The Organizers - On and Off

A personal view of a Danish-American jazz band at work, both on and off stage. The contrast between the on-the-spot documentary style and the concert sequences describes the hard and monotonous work as opposed to the beautiful and vital music. The inspiration from the American organ-sax bands in the sixties is treated very personally by the band, what the video captures and interprets in three full length tunes from a specially staged concert session.
