Radio Dolores

A puppet animation based on the history of shoe factory workers in the dark years of the late 1930s in Tampere, Finland. The fears and dreams of the antifascist movement in a northern industrial town, its clandestine radio stations hidden in cold attics and damp cellars, and a young shoemaker, Arvo, who disappears in the Spanish Civil War.
